Brenda & Dominique
Hello my name is Jim Schultz. I am 58 years old. I am married to the greatest woman I have ever met. Her name is Brenda and we have been married for 20 years. We have six children all who have grown up and are out of the home. 3 years ago we adopted our 7 year old daughter. Her name is Dominique which is a French word meaning Of God. She has been the joy of our lives and is truly a gift from God.
I have only been cooking for about 20 years now. I cook for family and friends any chance I get. Most of my recipes have been handed down from Mom while she was alive. Some from Grandma and many just from experimenting.

I have been in the process of learning web building for about 2 years. I have had an interest in learning web design for many years. I first took an HTML class thinking that would be all I would do. I soon became a web design-a-haulic. (Don't think this is spelled quite right) My next class was CGI. I soon found great use for this information and have since set up a bulletin board for students of web design. This web site has been set up using the CSS design.
